Official Rules & Terms

1. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win this Giveaway. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. This Giveaway is valid only within the 50 United States and is void in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and any jurisdiction where prohibited by law. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, and by entering the Giveaway, you waive any right to participate in a lawsuit.

2. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules, which constitute a binding contract between you and Knives Mystery Box LLC. Please review these rules carefully before participating. By entering, you further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and release Knives Mystery Box LLC from any and all claims arising out of your participation. You also agree that any disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration on an individual basis with no provision for class relief, and you acknowledge that your rights and remedies, including any potential damages you may recover, may be limited.

3. This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and any jurisdiction where prohibited by law) who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Knives Mystery Box LLC are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and receipt of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. This Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on February 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2025. The Sponsor’s designated computer clock shall serve as the official time reference for the Giveaway.

5. Eligible entrants may receive one free entry by registering their email at mysteryknivesbox.com during the Giveaway Period, either via an email pop-up or by submitting their email through any form on the site. By providing your email, you may opt in to receive future communications from the Sponsor; however, opting in is not required for entry or to increase your chances of winning. Normal internet access and usage charges may apply, and if you are entering via a mobile device using a wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges may also apply.

6. Eligible entrants will receive one entry for each Mystery Knives Box purchased during the Giveaway Period. The total number of entries will be based on the number of Mystery Knives Boxes purchased and applicable email sign-ups (limited to one email per person). If any Mystery Knives Box is returned or refunded prior to the drawing, the corresponding entries will be voided. To participate by any method, online consent is required. Mystery Knives Boxes purchased using discount codes are eligible, and all purchases are subject to our standard refund/return policy. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2025, and must include your consent to be entered. There is no limit to the number of Mystery Knives Boxes that may be purchased for entry.

7. The day after March 31, 2025, Knives Mystery Box LLC will conduct a single random drawing using digital odds software to select one winner from all eligible entries for the giveaway prize. The odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified via email from help@knivesmysterybox.com and must respond within three business days by providing their full name, date of birth, and current mailing address, and by accepting the prize and releasing all liability. Failure to respond within three business days will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is unable to claim the prize as specified, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner chosen. Award of the prize is contingent upon verification of eligibility and the potential winner completing and returning all required documents. If the Sponsor is unable to verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings, the Sponsor reserves the right not to award any or all of the prize.

8. The prize awarded to the winner is titled “A Year Supply of Mystery Knives” and is defined as follows: The winner will receive one free Mystery Knives Box, shipped on the first day of each month to the mailing address provided by the winner, for one consecutive year. This prize consists of 12 Mystery Knives Boxes (totaling 24 knives) along with their respective warranties. The winner may choose which box to receive each month and must accept each order from Knives Mystery Box LLC for shipment.

9. The Winner shall be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, including any required reporting to the IRS. The value of the prize is taxable as income. The Winner is responsible for legally accepting, owning, carrying, and possessing the prize, and agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

10. In the event that the winner is unable to accept the prize or is found to be ineligible for any reason, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. Knives Mystery Box LLC reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion; however, the prize cannot be substituted for cash. Knives Mystery Box LLC shall not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to causes beyond its control.

11. By entering this Giveaway, you consent to Knives Mystery Box LLC collecting, using, and disclosing the personal information you provide solely for its internal business purposes.

12. The Winner acknowledges that no guarantees are provided regarding the quality or condition of the prize, or the timeline for its delivery. The Winner agrees not to hold Knives Mystery Box LLC responsible for any damages, incidents, fines, penalties, or consequences arising from the prize or its use.

13. All Entrants and the Winner agree to hold harmless and indemnify Knives Mystery Box LLC, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising wholly or partially from the acceptance, use, misuse, or any injury related to the prize. These entities shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or other issues associated with the prize. By accepting the prize, the Winner consents to being publicly announced online and on social media by Knives Mystery Box LLC.

14. Any attempt to cheat, sabotage, or undermine the integrity of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law, including recovery of all damages. If the integrity of the Giveaway is sufficiently compromised by any unforeseen event, the Giveaway shall be deemed invalid, notice of its cancellation will be provided to all entrants, and Knives Mystery Box LLC shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages. Knives Mystery Box LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from bots, scams, cheats, or incorrect or misspelled names and email addresses.

15. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry shall be deemed to have been submitted by the individual whose name appears online. Any damage caused to the Website by an entrant will be the responsibility of that entrant and/or the authorized holder of the email account submitted at the time of entry. Submission of proof of entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Any entries suspected of being fraudulent—including those submitted using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods—will be disqualified based solely on determinations made by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit an individual’s participation if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any participation requirement or any provision of these Official Rules.

16. This Giveaway’s setup, rules, validity, integrity, and rights are structured and governed in accordance with all relevant jurisdictions. Any failure to enforce these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision. All entrants agree to promptly notify the Sponsor of any disagreements or disputes related to this Giveaway by emailing help@knivesmysterybox.com. Furthermore, all entrants agree to adhere to the dispute resolution procedures outlined herein and to refrain from initiating any legal action, including lawsuits seeking arbitration, until 15 business days after submitting a written demand (“Demand”) to the Sponsor. This informal dispute resolution process is supplemental to, and does not waive or supersede, any pre-suit resolution process required by applicable state or federal law.

17. If any disagreement remains unresolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor after 15 business days, the Entrant agrees to file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. Knives Mystery Box LLC will similarly submit any and all disputes to binding arbitration before a designated Arbitrator. As a result, the Entrant waives the right to file official claims in court or to demand a trial by jury.

18. For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, the Entrant must provide proper service in accordance with the rules of the designated Arbitrator. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, the Entrant may submit its claim to any nationally recognized arbitration organization. The Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion, including any disputes with the Promotion Entities, whether regarding the interpretation or application of this Dispute Resolution Section or the validity of the arbitration agreement herein. The Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and may include any and all remedies available under applicable law, which both parties agree to follow. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Furthermore, the Entrant agrees not to file, join, or participate in any class or collective action against Knives Mystery Box LLC.

19. If any term or provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by law, that term or provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

20. The Winner will be announced on our official Instagram account, @mysteryknivesbox, and contacted by email, on or after March 31, 2025, or following verification.

21. The sponsor of this Giveaway is Knives Mystery Box LLC, located at 2380 Kuhio Ave, #2403, Honolulu, HI 96815. No mail entries or requests will be accepted at this address.

22. Please be cautious of bad actors and scammers online and in person. The Winner will be contacted exclusively via email from help@knivesmysterybox.com. We will never request any payment or payment information. Thank you!
