We currently ship to the USA only, with fast & free shipping on all orders. Times vary, but please allow 1 day for your order to process, and then for your order to arrive within the next 2-7 business days! All orders are shipped from the USA with live tracking. We are available to help you 24/7.

We offer a 100% guarantee on all knives that are defective or damaged during shipping. Let us know and we will provide a replacement or equal store credit.

Within 15 minutes of checkout, you are able to make the following modifications:

  • Update or change your email address
  • Update or change your shipping address
  • Cancel your order

Please note that payment is captured at time of purchase. If you do cancel your order, please allow up to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times, for the refund to be reflected. Purchases made with gift cards are refunded back to the original gift card within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Ready to Ship Items:

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, ready to ship items cannot be cancelled and edits cannot be made once the order has been placed. 

These items/orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 2-3 business days to ensure speedy delivery. 

You can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Knives and gear listed and sold by Mystery Knives Box are sourced from numerous wholesalers, manufacturers, and small businesses. Our shipping times are averaged from our last 300 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can. 

If you order a premium knife, any designated switchblade, automatic knife, gravity knife, butterfly knife, knuckle knife, or other restricted item, you are identifying as a certain designated supply or procurement officers and employees ordering, procuring, or purchasing them for use in connection with their respective governments or organizations, such as:

    1. Civilian or armed forces supply or procurement officers, and employees of the federal government.
    2. Supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or the militia of a state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
    3. Supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia, or of the government of any state or territory, or of any county, city, or other political subdivision of a state or territory.
    4. Or you maintain ownership over a valid permit or license in your state for such classified knives. 

You must have the required license(s) in your state to possess any of the knives listed above before you order. We won't ship restricted or illegal knives to states that have current laws prohibiting the ownership but are not liable if you fraudulently or illegally purchase for any reason. 

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. You will receive an updated email with tracking through USPS or UPS as soon as your mystery knives order arrives at the local delivery center.
