We will not ship any items or products to any place where they are restricted to carry or possess. Any state with restrictions on automatic knives are unable to checkout with any restricted knife type. We have regular manual folding pocket knives available which are compliant in all 50 United States. We undergo extreme due diligence before listing and stocking any items, ensuring they are allowed in their available state(s). If you have any questions please email us.

Please note that payment is captured at time of purchase. If you do cancel your order, please allow up to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times, for the refund to be reflected. Purchases made with gift cards are refunded back to the original gift card within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, ready to ship items cannot be cancelled and edits cannot be made once the order has been placed.
These items/orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 2-3 business days to ensure speedy delivery.
You can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

When you add any items to your cart (knife mystery boxes), you acknowledge that you have read and understand your local laws and regulations dealing with but not limited to knives, sharp objects, and weapons. The customer is solely responsible for any items seized during shipping due to legal reasons. You herby agree that you are the minimum age to purchase and receive, store, and use such items ordered (either 18 or 21 years of age), and will not hold www.mysteryknivesbox.com liable for any injuries or other problematic incidents that may occur. You are responsible for researching and knowing your areas allowances on such items ordered. By purchasing any item, you acknowledge that product descriptions are as accurate as possible, and some images may have slight discrepancies to the actual product look and feel. When purchasing a mystery knives box, you (the customer) acknowledge that mystery knives: www.mysteryknivesbox.com holds the right to select any knife, tool, gear, or other product deemed fit for the customer, and will do its best to create an enjoyable experience.
If you order a premium knife, any designated switchblade, automatic knife, gravity knife, butterfly knife, knuckle knife, or other restricted item or mystery knives box, you are identifying as a certain designated supply or procurement officers and employees ordering, procuring, or purchasing them for use in connection with their respective governments or organizations, such as:
- Civilian or armed forces supply or procurement officers, and employees of the federal government.
- Supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or the militia of a state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
- Supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia, or of the government of any state or territory, or of any county, city, or other political subdivision of a state or territory.
- Or you maintain ownership over a valid permit or license in your state for such classified knives.
You must have the required license(s) in your state to possess any of the knives listed above before you order. We will not ship restricted or illegal knives to states that have current laws prohibiting the ownership unless you certify you are qualified legally to receive by purchasing.
By consenting to Mystery Knives Box SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mystery Knives Box through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Mystery Knives Box. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
All products are shipped by a 3rd-Party, separate from us (Knives Mystery Box). We cannot guarantee any way your order is fulfilled, packed, shipped, or received due to this. We will do our best to ensure an optimal experience, but all liability and risk is placed on you (the customer). Some items may arrive broken, damaged, or in an otherwise unsatisfactory state. It is YOUR DUTY as the customer to safely unpackaged all items received, and carefully test the products to ensure proper functionality, safety, and familiarity with them. Please be careful, all liability and risk of injury is placed on the customer/receiver when unboxing, using, and storing products purchased from Knives Mystery Box. You are liable for any other user of our products and must ensure they qualify with the necessary age, experience, and legal use to handle the products. You understand that any and all items are subject to being out of stock, even after purchase, including knives and packaging, and we hold the right to ship your order in any safe packaging.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mystery Knives Box mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
